Finally! The New and Improved Cook Library Grand-Opening!

I'll be at the "Sneak Peek" preview tonight - I'm looking forward to see Cook's new digs. Plus, it will be nice to have a library again. The TLC location has been closed since the middle of last month.... Last weekend, I saw a line of people at Blockbuster for the first time since about 1996. lol

Here is an e-mail I received this week from Cook Memorial Library -

1 - 5 p.m. - Saturday, January 8
413 N. Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville

Ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. Entertainment includes a clarinet quartet comprised of current LHS students and alumni and a photo booth in the Young Adult area.

Regular library hours will resume on Sunday, January 9.

Make sure to visit the Libertyville-Mundelein Historical Society's new website!

The website has actually been up for a couple of months, I just realized that I haven't mentioned it yet on this blog....
