The Chicago Tribune had a nice write-up this morning featuring the Village of Libertyville. The article was mainly a real estate piece, which talked about the affordability of housing in Libertyville. I have to agree - it's nice to see some areas of town with home prices that are more reasonable.

The last line of the story, Mayor Weppler made a comment toward Trader Joe's - who the Village has been pursuing to take control of the vacant Fresh Foods/Franks Nursery lot on the far South end of town.
